Only yesterday we told you about the specifications of the 2017 Samsung Galaxy A7 leaking online. Today, we have the official press image of the 2017 Samsung Galaxy J3 with us. The Samsung Galaxy J series has been very successful for the Korean brand. The product line is nearing its 2017 refresh due date, and at this crticial juncture, Evan Blass, who is a VentureBeat mobile reporter brought to light these images. Evan shared the images through his Twitter Verified handle @evleaks today.
The phone has been doing the rounds at the usual pre-launch rumor HQs such as Geekbench. The phone also received Bluetooth certification very recently.

The image reveals that the phone looks quite similar to the current gen model, though the buyers are sure to get better hardware under the hood. The current gen J3 currently retails for about $120 or INR 8000. Here’s a tweet by Evans about the upcoming phone.

The press image of the model shows in that of the SM-J327P model, not to be confused with the SM-J3119, also called the Galaxy J3 Pro, and has been on sale for some time now.
The 2017 J3 is expected to get a Snapdragon 430 SoC along with 2GB of RAM. The phone will run Android Marshmallow out of the box .
