Adding another member to the Zenfone series, Asus has introduced an affordable new phone in the Indian smartphone market. Priced at Rs.6,999, the ASUS Zenfone GO LTE 4.5 boasts about sporting a premium looking, metallic IMR hairline finish. Measuring 3.5 mm at its thinnest edge, the phone features a physical rear-facing volume key. This enables users to adjust the volume or click multiple selfies with absolute ease.
The GO LTE 4.5 comes equipped with ASUS’ PixelMaster technology and has 8MP + 2MP (rear + front) cameras with 11 special camera modes to help users capture sharp and crystal-clear images. The smartphone has advanced camera modes such as, Low-light, Backlight (HDR), a Manual mode and a Beautification mode for image enhancement.
The device runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0, layered by ASUS’ ZenUI. Powering the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Quad-core processor with 1GB of LPDDR3 RAM. The device comes with an internal memory of 8GB and offers Micro-SD card support up to 128 GB along with dual microphones for noise cancellation. ASUS is also offering an additional 100 GB of Google Drive storage for 2 years. The phone is powered by a 2,070 mAh battery.
