North Korea’s ICBM programme close to bearing fruit; Kim says test launch soon

In some news that comes from one of the world’s most secretive and difficult to visit nations, North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un has revealed that his country is very close to testing their first ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile).

Perhaps not happy until now because of the rounded design at the top, which he thinks might rebound and come back to hit his own nation, Kim revealed this piece of news during the first party committee meeting in Pyongyang. “Research and development of cutting edge arms equipment is actively progressing and ICBM rocket test launch preparation is in its last stage,” Kim said during a televised speech.

North Korea has been rather aggressive with its weapons testing in the year 2016. However, experts believe that the nation is many years away from developing an ICBM capable of carrying a nuclear warhead and making inroads into a place as far as the United States.
