Two new smart phones by Lenovo are expected to be launched around 16th December. The Vibe X3 and the Vibe X3 Lite are both budget smart phones with premium features. The expected price tag is around US $ 200 for the new Vibe X3 and approximately US $ 140 for the new Vibe X3 Lite. China will be the first country to get these new smart phones but Lenovo is expected to launch them around the world soon thereafter.
The handset is rumored to have been designed by Motorola, so one can get a fair idea of how the phone will look, considering the success that Motorola has enjoyed with its Moto G and Moto X phones. The launch of the new Lenovo Vibe X3 was expected but the addition of a Lite model comes as a surprise for buyers. While the Vibe X3 is expected to boast of premium specifications, the Lite model will have mostly standard specifications at a lower price tag.
If rumors are to be believed, then the Vibe X3 will boast of a 5.5 inch full HD display with 1920 X 1080 pixels. The phone is expected to have a Hexacore Snapdragon 808 Processor. A stunning 21 Mega Pixel rear camera and 8 Mega Pixel front camera is expected. The phone is expected to have 3 GB RAM and an impressive 32 GB of internal storage. The USP of this model is expected to be finger print scanner which will take adequate care of the security aspect of the phone.
The Vibe X3 Lite is expected to have the same 5.5 inch HD display and an Octacore Mediatek processor. The phone will sport a standard 13 mega pixel rear camera and a 5 mega pixel front camera. However, the phone is expected to have a 3300 mAh battery which is more than capable of keeping it powered for a fairly long time. However, one must note that all these are rumored specifications and no formal announcements from the company have been made so far.
