HTC recently teased the launch of a new device, which is most likely the new One X9. Immediately after the teaser, the internet witnessed an increase in the number of leaked images of the aforementioned device. A Chinese publication has come up with a series of leaked images which display the device in all its glory. What caught the attention of several users looking forward to the phone was a video featuring an in-depth review of the handset. All these leaks point towards only one direction – the official launch may not be very far away.
The newly leaked images online show the One X9 with a brushed aluminum uni-body design which is quite similar to the HTC One A9. The design also shows the company’s Boom Sound Dual front facing speakers. The One A9 lacked those speakers but the company may have decided to introduce them again with the One X9. One of the notable features seen in the leaked high-resolution images is that the HTC One X9 features capacitive navigation buttons, unlike the One A9 that comes with on-screen buttons. The rear side image of the device shows the camera with an LED flash.
As far as specifications are concerned, speculations are that the screen will sport a 5.5 inch full HD display with 1080 X 1920 pixels. The phone is expected to arrive with a 16 GB internal storage with an option to increase it further using an SD card. The phone is expected to be powered by a 3000 mAh battery and an octa core processor by Mediatek.
On the camera front, the phone is expected to sport a 13 MP rear snapper with OIS and 4K video recording support. The secondary camera is expected to be an ultra pixel device. As of now all these are only speculations and we shall get back with detailed specifications once the company officially releases a list of the same.
