Honor launches 5A With 13 Megapixel Camera & VoLTE Support

In China, over the weekend, Huawei Terminal’s Honor brand unveiled the Honor 5A smartphone. In China, the new Honor smart phone will be available from Friday in two versions that is a standard version which will be available for  CNY 699 that is approximately INR 7,000 and the other version will be available at CNY 799 that is approximately INR 8,000 and they will support China Telecom and Unicom networks. In China the Honor 5A will be available from Vmall. Currently the company has not given any details regarding when they will make the smart phone available all over the globe.

The new smart phone Honor5A comes with a 5.5 inch HD having 720×1280 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 267ppi. Honor5A is a dualSIM smart phone that supports Micro SIM cards and both the SIM cards can be connected with 4G LTE connectivity. The smart phone  supports VoLTE that is voice over LTE is the claim made by the Chinese company. Also Honor5A is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor clocked at 1.2GHz along with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of storage capacity which can be expanded up to 128 GB with the help of a microSD card.

The smart phone features a 13 megapixel primary camera with an f/2.0 aperture, CMOS sensor, and LED flash. It also sports an 8 megapixel secondary camera with f/2.0 aperture and 4P lens. A  textured design is featured on the rear panel of the Honor 5A. Besides 4G, the new smart phone can also be connected with the help of GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, GPS/ A-GPS, Glonass, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. This smart phone which measures 154.3 x 77.1 x 8.4 mm and weighs 168 grams sports a regular Micro-USB charging port. It comes with a 3100 mAh battery.
