In India, last month, Moto by Lenovo unveiled the Moto G4 as well as the Moto G4 Plus handsets for sale. But till date only Moto G4 Plus smart phones were available after the launch event. It was said that Moto G4 would be made available in June. Now at last, the company has confirmed, that the Moto G4 will be available to customers, from June 22 onwards, only on Amazon. However, as yet the company has not revealed the price of the smart phone. But one can guess the approximate cost of the Moto G4 as we know that the 16 GB Moto G4 Plus is available for INR 13,499 and the 32 GB Moto G4 Plus is available for INR 14, 999. The Moto G4 Plus sports a few upgrades like a fingerprint scanner and a 16MP camera which is not available in Moto G4. Besides this both the smart phones are not much different in terms of specs.
The Moto G4 comes with a 5.5 inch 1080 p full HD display in the front. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS on a 1.5 GHz octa core Snapdragon 617 processor along with 2 GB of RAM. It has 16 GB inbuilt storage capacity, which can be expanded with the help of a microSD card slot up to 128GB. This smart phone sports a 3000 mAh battery, a 16 MP primary camera and a 5 MP secondary camera with selfie unit. The Moto G4 measures 153 x 76.6 x 9.8mm and it weighs 155 g. This smart phone can be connected with the help of 4G, Dual SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0
It is believed that the cost of Lenovo’s Moto G4 will be known a day before it is to be released or on the day of release itself.
