Lyf Flame 5 With VoLTE Support Launched at Rs. 3,999

In India, Reliance Retail’s Lyf brand who is on a launching spree has now introduced the new Flame 5 smart phone available through offline stores such as Reliance Digital and others for INR 3,999. The new Lyf Flame 5 will be available in its Black colour variant only few weeks after the launch of the Wind 1 and Water 7 smart phones.

Reliance Retail’s Lyf Flame 5 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based, it supports two SIM cards namely regular SIM and Micro-SIM. Though both slots are 4G enabled, at a time only one card slot supports 4G while the second slot supports 2G. The Lyf Flame 5 comes with a 4 inch having 480×800 pixels display with a pixel density of 233ppi and Asahi Dragontrail Glass. It is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor along with a Mali 400 MP2 GPU, and 512MB of RAM. The smart phone features a 5 megapixel primary autofocus camera, and a 2 megapixel secondary camera. The back panel sports an LED. The primary camera comes with HDR, Panorama, face detection, smile shutter, burst mode, and slow motion video features. The Lyf Flame 5 smart phone comes within built storage capacity of 4GB which can be expanded up to 32 GB with the help of a microSD card.

This smart phone can be connected with the help of 4G, Wi-Fi b/g/n, FM radio, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, and Micro-USB. The fact that it supports VoLTE that is voice over LTE with HD voice call compatibility is the biggest highlight of the Flame 5 smart phone. In India, it supports both 4G LTE bands – FDD-LTE Band 3 (1800MHz) and TDD-LTE Band 40 (2300MHz). It is powered by a 1650mAh battery that not only delivers up to 4.5 hours of talk time but also 150 hours of standby time. This smart phone weighing 117 grams measures 124.5 x 64 x 10.9 mm.
