Asus has been consistent in updating their Zenfone series with new and newer offerings regularly. So here we are with another news from the smart phone maker – Asus India has launched their all-new Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL in the country for a price of INR 12,999. The smartphone is available on Amazon, and will reach retail outlets by September.

This newer version of the Zenfone Selfie is loaded with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor that is combined with a 3GB RAM. The phone is offered with an internal memory of 16GB memory that is expandable up to 128GB. It comes with a diamond cut back and will be available in Glacier Gray, Sheer Gold, Polygon-Illusion Diamond White, Illusion Polygon Blue, and Illusion Smooth Pink colour options.

The Zenfone Selfie gets 13MP front camera with a f/2.2-aperture, wide-angle (88-degree) lens, dual color real tone flash. The front cam offers a selfie panorama feature. It also supports macro photography that allows the users to capture objects over 6cm. The rear shooter is also a 13MP rear camera with a f/2.0-aperture, auto- laser focus lens and a dual-color real tone flash. All of the above hardware is supported by a 3,000mAh battery.
