Amazon has announced Dubai as the final destination for the studio filming aspect of the highly anticipated Amazon Original Series The Grand Tour. After a year-long journey around the globe, the show’s mobile studio will be set up in the heart of Downtown Dubai, at the base of the world’s tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa. Fans can apply online to become a part of the studio audience. Entries are open for one week and successful lucky applicants will be contacted over the next few weeks, with the studio filming taking place in the month of December.
The trio – Jeremy, Richard and James, have been traveling around the globe to film episodes of the first series of The Grand Tour. The team has already taken the tent to different locations like Johannesburg, California, Whitby, Rotterdam and Lapland. The next destination will be Stuttgart, Scotland and Nashville.

The Grand Tour has been shot in 4K Ultra High Definition and will premiere on 18 November 2016 exclusively for Amazon Prime members. New episodes will be released weekly for 12 weeks. Prime members will be able to watch The Grand Tour via the Amazon Video app on smart TVs, streaming media players – including FireTV and FireTV Stick – Xbox, PlayStation, Wii, Wii U. It will available on iOS and Android phones & tablets, and on the web as well.
