Ariel goes off-road with the Nomad

Not content with just making hardcore track day racers, Ariel has transformed the Atom into an off-road buggy for those with a passion for the rougher stuff. Called, aptly, the Nomad, the buggy is powered by a 2.4-litre, four-cylinder Honda engine which puts out 235 PS and 300 Nm of torque. As you’d expect from any Ariel worth its name – there aren’t that many anyways – the Nomad tips the scales at 670 kg. It boasts of a 71 degree approach and an insane 82 degree departure angle.
