Concept video imagines what the upcoming Nokia P1 might look like

As HMD Global gears up to launch new devices at the MWC this month, YouTube user ConceptCreator has posted a concept video of what the upcoming Nokia P1 might look like. Rumored to be their flagship device, the P1 has been imagined here in a chunky body finished in premium metal and a glass back cover.

Without any bezels on the sides, the Nokia P1 has been imagined to sport a hybrid SIM slot and a physical Home button with an embedded fingerprint scanner. The rear camera is a Car Zeiss lens with a trio of LEDs for Flash, while the bottom features a Type-C USB port with a a headphone jack and twin stereo speakers for company. The creators of this concept video believe the P1 will pack 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of onboard memory.Where earlier rumors suggested the Nokia P1 will be powered by a Snapdragon 835 SoC, Nokia’s official account on Weibo has confirmed that such a device is in the works, however, will take time until it can see light of the day. Other reports suggest that the upcoming P1’s display will be a 5.3-inch IGZO screen featuring a refresh rate of 1 to 120Hz with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top. The rear camera will be a 24MP Carl Zeiss lens, while all that hardware will be fired by a 3,500 mAh battery.
