Dear Zindagi first look out: Stars Alia Bhatt, Shah Rukh with Gauri Shinde behind the camera

Dear Zindagi is apparently the name of the new Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer, directed by Gauri Shinde. The new movie will be released on November 25. Alia Bhatt and Shahrukh Khan have revealed the first look of the film in images through a playful chats on Twitter. The whoe revelation act was initiated by Alia who asked “Dear Zindagi, Is it OK to not be OK?” on twitter, with a somewhat Prisma filtered image of hers in a funky outfit along with Shah Rukh Khan. She even tagged Shah Rukh in the tweet. To this, SRK replied saying “Dear Alia, See the Sun is up. The sky is kinda blue. Sort of beautiful. So it’s OK if you are not OK. As long as you take care of one person… And that one person is you. SRK.”

There were other questions and rants by by Alia too about things including her boyfriend, and SRK seems to be replying patiently to them, sometimes with reference to animal rights activists. You can check them all out after the post at the bottom.

This seems to be just a part of the many conversations are going to have in the movie. According to the official Red Chillies Entertainment Twitter handle, “She has a lot of questions. He has all the answers. Here’s the 1st look of #DearZindagi, releasing on November 25!”

Other actors in the movie which supposedly would see SRK guide Alia in her personal life would include Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Zafar, Kunal Kapoor and Angad Bedi. It’s not clear whether Shah Rukh would be Alia’s love interest or would limit himself to being only a friend, guide and philosopher. We have a feeling it’s going to be the former. The young lass who earned wide acclaim for her role in Udta Punjab is apparently playing a filmmaker in the movie.
