[EXCLUSIVE] In images: Nextbit Robin now available in Ember colour

In the month of May 2016, Nextbit brought their first ever phone in the Indian market. The Nextbit Robin,  as the phone was cold was sold exclusively through Flipkart.com at a price of INR 19,999. The online e-commerce portal offers the smartphone in two colours namely – Midnight and Mint. And now adding to the catalogue for some time will be an all new colour variant. Nextbit has introduced an Ember colour variant of the Robin which will be put up on sale very soon. You guys will have to hurry as the company will roll out limited units of the same and will not stock up in future.

While the news broke out a while ago and many portals are just discussing the news, we actually had the Robin Ember in our hands and here is what we feel about it. Presenting you the first ever exclusive images of the Nextbit Robin Ember.

The design remains unchanged but the new bright colour adds to the zing of the already peppy looking Robin. The fingerprint sensor also gets the Ember treatment

The top and the bottom of the phone’s body get the new colour and the screen module between them retains a dark bodywork

A similar Ember treatment is present on the back with the top and bottom panel in the new colour and the centre module in a dark shade

The new Robin ember variant will likely sell for the same price. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor coupled with 3GB RAM. It features a 5.2 inch full HD LCD Display that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4.

The rear camera of the Robin is a 13MP shooter that comes with phase detection autofocus and dual tone flash and the front-facing camera is a 5MP unit. One of the unique features that the Robin offers is a massive 100 GB cloud storage that can be accessed with just a single tap. It also gets a 32GB internal storage. Robin also features a pair of front-facing speakers with dual amplifiers. Other features include Fingerprint ID sensor, NFC, Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0, USB Type C port.
