iBall launches CompBook at INR 9,999

iBall, which is an indigenous brand, has successfully made its way into the highly competitive budget laptop segment with the launch of their new CompBook laptop series . iBall, which is a Mumbai-based company has now launched two new laptops in the aforementioned vategory, viz. the new iBall CompBook Excelance and the new CompBook Exemplaire. These devices have been priced at INR 9,999 and INR 13,999 respectively. The new CompBook Excelance comes with a 11.6-inch multi-touch IPS display, while the new CompBook Exemplaire features a 14-inch multi-touch IPS screen. The other specs on which the performance of the devices depend, on both the laptops are largely identical.

The new devices are both powered by a 1.83 GHz Intel quad core SoC. The budget laptops come with a massive 10,000 mAh battery. Both the laptops, as mentioned earlier, feature the same 2 GB RAM. The laptops have 32 GB internal storage storage space. It is possible to expand this storage capacity up to 64 GB. Both the budget laptops run on Windows 10 operating system, which is the latest from Microsoft and is also considered its best update till date. Other features of the devices include support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, HDMI and 2 USB ports.

Some other notable features of the laptop series include a full-length keyboard complete with a trackpad, a 3.5mm Combo Jack for headphone & Mic, even dual-speakers and VGA front-facing camera, which can be used for web conferences or video chatting. The 10,000 mAh battery which powers the laptops are capable of lasting for 8.5 hours, according to the company. The laptops come in Cobalt Blue and Cobalt Black colours and will be available in stores in next few weeks.
