Sony has brought the Xperia XA Dual to India after announcing it few days ago. The company had said that the Xperia XA Dual will be made available in the third week of June at its launch event in the beginning of this month. For INR 20,990, the Sony Xperia XA Dual is now listed for purchase via Amazon. The smart phone can also be purchased all over the country authorized Sony retailers. In India from June 7, the Sony Xperia X Dual which was estimated to cost INR 48,990 was made available. At MWC 2016, the Sony Xperia X Performance Dual was also launched but there is no information available about it.
Earlier, Sony had announced launch offers for the Xperia XA Dual, that is INR 2,700 worth of free content in the form of a three-month subscription to Sony Liv, a three-month subscription to Hungama Play, and Kindle ebooks worth Rs. 1,000. Similarly, Gameloft games along with free credits worth INR 780 will be made available with the Xperia X Dual.
With the company’s UI on top, the Xperia XA Dual smart phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It sports a 5 inch HD having 720×1280 pixels display powered by Mobile Bravia engine 2. This smart phone is powered by a MediaTek MT6755 along with 2GB of RAM and has an inbuilt storage capacity of 16GB. The storage capacity of both the Xperia X and the Xperia XA Dual can be expanded up to 200GB with the help of a microSD card. The Sony Xperia XA Dual features a 13 megapixel camera having Exmor RS for mobile sensor, hybrid autofocus, and LED flash. It also comes with an 8 megapixel primary camera, backed by a 2300mAh battery that measures 143.6 x 66.8 x 7.9mm, and weighs 138 grams.
