Adding to their existing partnership with Micromax, and two homegrown brands Celkon and Swipe, Indus OS has joined hands with Jaina Group owned – Karbonn Mobiles. The Indus OS is claimed to be the world’s first regional operating system and the number two OS in India (as per IDC Report). In May 2015, the first official Indus OS powered device was launched and since then OS has garnered over 4.5 million users and is claimed to have a 6.3% market share (as per Counterpoint Research Report for Q2 FY 2016-17) in India.

- Auto-correction for the regional keyboard
- Patented matra-prediction features in 12 languages.
- Integrated regional app marketplace for content, App Bazaar, available in 12 languages.
- Indus OS is in collaboration with the Govt. of India’s Department of Electronics and IT (DeitY) introduced OS integrated text-to-speech (TTS) technology in 6 regional languages in June 2016.
