Lava has unveiled the Lava A59, which is not only feature-rich but also budget friendly. The new LavaA59 smart phone is available for just INR 4,199 only. Seeing the low cost people may think that it is low on features, but that is not the case. As of now there is no details about its availability.
Normally we would not expect much from a phone costing less than INR 5,000. But Lava’s A59 tells us that we might be wrong, as its hard ware is the best that can be expected at that price. The new Lava A59 comes with a 5MP primary camera with LED flash, a VGA secondary camera with LED flash, a 4.5 inch TFT display having 800×480pixels. This new smart phone sports 512MB of RAM, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 4GB of onboard storage. However when we feel that this is too less, the storage capacity can be expanded to 32GB with the help of a microSD card. The battery capacity is said to be 1730mAh and the device only supports microUSB 2.0.
Some may feel that the hardware is not great, but it is the best that can be received at such a low price. The best thing about the phone is its features. They almost seem to be the USP of the phone. For example, you cannot over look the fact that for such a low price you get a separate LED flash unit for the secondary camera, picture-in-picture mode for video playback, gesture controls for music and also an interesting feature called Smart Screenshot that not only takes screenshots of an entire chat window but it also includes those stuff that you can’t see. The same applies to screenshots of websites as well.
