LEAKED: The Witcher 3 – Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine release date!

The Witcher 3 – Wild Hunt was released last year and prior to that, the developer CD Projekt Red has stated that there will be two expansion packs for the game in the coming months. The first expansion pack was the ‘Hearts of Stone’ which had a host of content that went above and beyond what usually passes off downloadable content these days. The term ‘DLC’ is often used to refer to downloadable content by the game manufacturers. Amazon’s US Site has leaked the release date for the second expansion pack, and if the leak is to be believed, we won’t have to wait too long for it to arrive.

According to Amazon.com’s US site, the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine will release on 27th May, 2016 and the site is already accepting pre orders for the same. The price for the expansion pack has been labeled as US $ 19.99 and users will be able to access the content the moment it is officially released. The page has been since removed from Amazon but the information is already out and spreading like wild fire in the world wide web. For Indian customers, the price can be approximately around INR 369, as that was what the previous expansion pack was priced at.

The description of the game hints at this being the last contract for the protagonist of the series – Geralt. The game developer had also claimed that The Withcer 3 and its expansion packs will wrap up Geralt’s tale and so this expansion pack being his last contract does not come as much surprise. However, considering how well the Witcher 3 – Wild Hunt sold worldwide, the ending may be too soon for many.
