LeEco Le 1s (Eco) introduced in India with supertainment services at INR 10,899

In Mumbai, LeEco has launched the LeEco Le 1s Eco smartphone at INR 10,899 for the Indian market. It will provide one year free LeEco content membership. Its introductory price is INR 9,999 for first 100,000 phones. It will be available to buy from 12 May,  2 pm onwards in a gold color variant.  LeEco has also introduced its entertainment streaming services in India, which is known as LeEco Membership. The service is available for INR 490 a month, or INR 4,900 a year. The Le 1s Eco features 5.5-inch In-cell FHD display. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz Helio X10 octa-core processor along with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 3 GB RAM. The device reaches you with 32GB of internal storage, but it has no memory expansion.  The company has thus introduced LeEco Drive, which is a digital storage with 5 TB space for every LeEco user. It also features a mirror-surfaced fingerprint sensor with a 99.3 percent precision rate

Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the smart phone processes a 13 MP rear camera with PDAF that can record video in 4K resolution, along with a 5MP front facing camera. Connectivity features consist of 4G, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, Infrared, WLAN, USB OTG, and USB Type-C.The company claims that it also facilitates fast charging which offers 3.5 hours of talk time with 5 minutes of charging. The package also provides 3,000 mAh non-removable battery.

The LeEco membership also provides services such as video-on-demand, service in partnership with Eros Now. It is in partnership with YuPP TV for live streaming of TV channels, with a list of over 100 channels. It also features LeEco Music, which will be powered by Hungama Music. This service offers over 3.5 million songs in 22 languages alongside music videos, and access to over 50 live concerts a year. Other services such as Le Vidi and Le Live will launch on 24 May, while Le Music and LeEco Drive will launch in Q3.
