LeEco Le 2 and Le Max 2 Launched in India – All You Need to Know

On Wednesday, in New Delhi at the 2Future even, LeEco launched its second generation of smart phones that is the Le 2 and the Le Max 2. The Le 2  Will be available for INR 11,999, and the Le Max 2will be available for INR 22,999 for the 4GB of RAM having 32GB storage variant, while the device sporting 6GB RAM and having 64GB storage variant is available for INR 29,999.

The company announces that the LeEco Le Max 2 will be available online from Flipkart and LeMall.com. Last month on June 28 LeMall.com was launched during their first flash sale. Registrations of LeEco Le Max 2 will begin from June 20. The company also says that very soon they will announce the date of availability of the other smart phone LeEco Le 2.

As per the company statement both smart phones will provide 1 year LeEco Membership, which is costing around INR 490 per month, or INR 4,900 a year. The actual cost of membership is INR 32,000. Also the membership will include Le Vidi, Le Live, Le Music, and LeEco Drive. The company also announced a fan campaign, where it will give those CEOs that is Chief Experience Officers who have registered on Facebook and LeMall.com, the chance of testing 200 Le 2 smart phones.

In April, in China, LeEco had launched the Le 2 and the Le Max 2 along with the Le 2 Pro, and it was said that these smart phones were the first to discard the 3.5mm headphone jack in favour of a USB Type-C port. The company also announced the CDLA that is the continual digital lossless audio standard which they had developed, to balance the high resolution audio capabilities of the USB Type-C port. Along with this LeEco launched the Le Headphones for INR 1,990 which features USB Type-C connectivity and CDLA support.
