Lenovo presents the Vibe S1 lite in 2016

Lenovo, the Chinese computer technology company has come up with a number of new devices that includes 12 mobile phones, a tablet, an all in one device, a monitor, 2 ThinkCentre in one systems and an economical laptop powered by Chrome OS and Windows 10. All these devices were unveiled before the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2016. The specification details of the upcoming Vibe S1 Lite are as follows.

The Lenovo Vibe S1 lite is one of the phones that will be showcased during this trade show. This phone is the low end or the basic version of the Vibe S1 that was launched last year. This phone comes with the Android Lollipop 5.1 OS, dual-SIM support (GSM and GSM) with dual standby. The phone has an inbuilt storage of 16 GB and can be expanded up to 128GB with the use of a micro SD card.

The phone packs a 13-megapixel camera at the rear with a dual tone flash and an 8-megapixel camera at the front with a LED flash for selfies. The Vibe S1, on the contrary has dual front cameras – 8 and 2 megapixels.

The phone comes with a 5 inch full HD display and has a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels which gives increased clarity to the pictures. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz octacore MediaTek processor with 2GB of RAM. The phone’s connectivity options include 4G, 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth. The phone will be available in two colour variants -Blue and White. It sports a non-removable battery of 2700 mAh. The device weighs around 130 grams and has dimensions of 145 x 71 x 8.5 mm respectively.

The Vibe S1 lite phone will cost USD 199 i.e. approximately INR 13,250 and Vibe S1 is currently selling at around USD 240 i.e.  approximately INR 16,000. The Vibe S1 lite phone will be available in the market by early 2016.
