Lenovo Vibe K6 Power Officially Teased for India, to be Launched Soon

Lenovo Vibe K6 Power has been officially teased by the Chinese smartphone maker and is slated for an India launch soon. “We know, you can’t get enough of the K series. Can you guess the name of the upcoming K? Hint: It’s got #KickassPower” read the tweet by the official Lenovo handle for India. The tweet was accompanied by an image, showing the phone from the side, thus confirming that the upcoming is model indeed is the K6 Power.

 

The K6 Power internationally gets a metal unibody design and is available in Dark Grey, Gold and Silver shades. The K6 Vibe Power gets a 64-bit Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor along with 2GB of RAM for the 16 GB variant and 3GBG for the 32GB version. Graphics are processed by the Adreno 505 GPU. The storage can be expanded further using an external microSD card. The K6 Power also gets a fingerprint sensor along with dual-SIM capability.

Screen is a 5-inch full-HD unit with 1920 x 1090 pixels resolution.  However, the Power in the K6 Power comes from its jumbo sized 4000 mAh battery.

The Vibe K6 Power gets a 13-megapixel rear shooter with LED flash, and an 8-megapixel selfie shooter up front. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS.

The phone gets Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

While Lenovo has teased the smartphone it hasn’t revealed an official launch date for the phone. Price should range between INR 9-10k. It should be here, though in a matter of weeks, though. Stay tuned for more updates on the phone.
