LG Electronics is not only getting ready for the upcoming Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2017 but also planning to bring new contenders to battle it out in the mid-range segment. The CES 2017 is scheduled to take place from 5 to 8 January 2017 in Las Vegas, NV, and it seems the brand has a lot of unveiling to do at the event.
The list of smartphones that will be brought out of the covers will be all new four mass-tier K Series smartphones and a new Stylus 3. These devices are aimed to provide consumers with more LG options in the mid-range segment that is currently on a roll! As per an official statement, LG’s updated K Series carries over the original philosophy that all customers do not want the same things in a smartphone. Rather than offering one main smartphone model and expecting customers to adapt, the K Series was designed with the diverse needs of consumers in mind. It about time to see if this philosophy works for the smartphone maker to achieve its target in the highly competitive segment.
The K series includes the LG K10, K8, K4, and the smallest of the series, the K3. Along with the K series, LG will also unveil the third generation Stylus 3 (Stylo in the United States). The Stylus 3 gets an improved 1.8mm diameter fiber-tip stylus, fingerprint scanner, enhanced UX with Pen Pop 2.0. The LG K10, K8 and the Stylus 3 will be pre-loaded with Android 7.0 Nougat.
