Lava International limited, a mobile handset maker, launched a new ‘flagship device’, Ivory M4. The device was launched to strengthen its tablet portfolio. The phone will be available across multi-brand outlets, retail stores and online platforms. The pricing decided for the phone is INR 9,299 or US $ 140.
Lava having a tremendous potential to grow in the tablet category, has aggressive plans for expansion of its portfolio in this space. Lava will be launching multiple products in the next 3 months supporting the expansion plans. Latest product that Lava is offering is Ivory M4 which is supposed to have amazing features at a very affordable price range of 10k.
Lava Ivory M4 has an 8-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. The device has a thickness of around 7.9mm. The phone is powered by 1.3GHz Quad Core Processor and has a 2GB of DDR3 RAM. The phone has an internal memory of 16GB and runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 Operating System. It is a single SIM phone and is powered by a 4000mAh Li-Po battery.
The phone also features a rear camera of 8-megapixel with autofocus and HD recording and a front camera of 3.2-megapixel for video calling. The camera also features various modes like macro, Motion track, Panorama, Live Photo and Face beauty. The phone also sports 3G Connectivity, WCDMA, USB, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GSM, and Bluetooth support.
The phone is available in two colours – Silver and Dark Grey. The phone also features various sensors – Proximity sensor, accelerometer and ambient light sensor. One-year warranty is offered by Lava for the Tablet. Other in-the-box accessories like battery, Charger, USB cable and data cable come with 6 months warranty.
