Oneplus 3T

OnePlus has discontinued the sales of the OnePlus 3 in the European and US markets post the launch of the OnePlus 3T. This development has been brought to light by the blokes at Android Authority. Apparently, OnePlus has given an official confirmation to the publication that the 3T will be replacing it forebear in the aforementioned markets.

OnePlus, however, will continue to sell the Oneplus 3 in India. OnePlus 3 has not confirmed or denied the arrival of the phone in India and has kept the prospective buyers guessing. In our opinion, though, OnePlus will not leave an important market like India deprived of the new model and will bring it here in the coming weeks.

Another bit of news that is of importance to the OnePlus fans is that the new OnePlus 3T will start getting the Android 3.0 Nougat update by Decemeber. The OnePlus 3 will also get the software update at the same time. What’s more, both the phones are expected to share all the updates in the future at the same time, unless there is a conflict owing to the difference in the hardware of the two devices.

The OnePlus 3T was launched in 64 and 128GB memory sizes recently and offers a lot of extras over the OnePlus 3.
