UPDATE two: (as we already knew) Snapdragon 821 processor it is!
UPDATE one – Battery pumped up by 30 percent. OnePlus 3T uses a 3,400 mAh battery!
So after weeks of wait, we are all geared up for the launch of the much anticipated OnePlus 3T smartphone – OnePlus’ new Flagship. We will be streaming the event live, along with text and image updates on the blog. There’s still some time before the phone is unveiled.

- The OnePlus 3T will get Snapdragon 821 SoC with a clock speed of 2.35GHz
- The camera is expected to be upgraded and will now feature the latest Sony IMX398 sensor
- Resolution of the camera will remain same as before at 16 megapixels
- Optical and electronic image stabilization is expected to improve drastically along with an improvement in the software features
- RAM size will remain untouched at 6 GB
- There may be two storage options this time – 64 and 128 GB
- Battery is rumoured to be upgraded to 3300 mAh from the current 3000 mAh
- The new phone will also run the latest Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box
- The OnePlus 3T will be available in a new black colour in addition to the currently available grey and soft gold shades
- 5.5-inch screen with 1080×1920 pixels display
- Design to remain largely same as the current gen phone, albeit with the ‘3T’ branding
- The OnePlus 3T is expected to be priced at $480 (or Rs. 32,000, which 4K more than the current model.
