OnePlus launches service centres in India to resolve customer issues within an hour

OnePlus has announced their plans of setting up exclusive service centres popularly known as ESC, in India. They have decided to set up these service centers in India with the objective of giving all customers a guarantee of one hour turnaround time. OnePlus, which has a quite a following in India is China based and is on the verge of announcing their latest flagship, that is the OnePlus 3.  It is expected that the OnePlus 3 will be launched on June 14. Those who are interested can pre-order the device by means of OnePlus Loop VR shopping experience or on June 4 and June 7 they can purchase the OnePlus Loop VR headset from Amazon at INR 1.

Out of the 6 OnePlus ESCs in India, the first service centre of OnePlus has already been opened in Bangalore. The next five centers will be launched in New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai. OnePlus claims that, with their stellar customer support infrastructure, the centres will set a new service standard for the country. The service centres will be able to take advantage of the already existing complimentary pickup and drop services for far off remote locations inside the cities. Also these service centres will give users omnichannel shopping experiences, whereby before purchasing itself customers can experience various OnePlus offerings offline. They have carefully selected the locations, such that it perfectly fits the profile of OnePlus user, enabling them to have a productive time at the centers.
