Michael Bay has announced one of the biggest updates of his upcoming high-budget movie the Transformers: The Last Knight. Bay, through his social micro-blogging channel, has revealed the main of the movie that is set for a release in 2017. Ladies and Gentlemen, put your hands together for Onslaught – the badass Green Western Star Tow Truck that is going to pulverize the Autobot attack. Who the hell is Onslaught, some of you may ask? Well, he is neither an Autobot nor a Decepticon, he is of the third kind.
Onslaught has been a part of the Transformers charter since its first appearance in the year 1984. He is an all new character for Bay’s Transformers, though. As for a quick intro, Onslaught is a part of the Combaticon clan. The Combaticons were created by a treacherous high-ranking Decepticon who goes by the name Starscream. Onslaught is the proclaimed leader of the Combaticons that include characters – Brawl, Blast off, Swindle, and Vortex. All of these also have the ability to combine themselves to form Bruticus, one of the strongest Transformers.
Well, there is no mention that Onslaught will be accompanied by his fellow Combaticons or any updates on Bruticus as well. But You may never know what’s in store for a surprise. This fifth installment of the Transformers film is going to be Bay’s last directorial of the franchise, therefore he will leave no stone unturned to make the movie a grand showdown and a prospect to future Transformers movies.
