Oppo F3 & F3 Plus with dual selfie camera to be launched on March 23

Continuing with its USP of offering smartphones which excel in photography, Oppo is said to introduce two new smartphones in the Indian market on March 23rd. The Oppo F3 & F3 Plus will boast of a twin camera setup at the front and will fit well with the company’s tagline of being a ‘Selfie Expert’.

The Oppo F3 Plus is rumored to be powered by a Snapdragon 653 Octa-core chipset, which will be backed by 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage (expandable). The device is said to sport a 6-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, 16MP+8MP dual camera lenses at the front and a 16MP rear-facing shooter. Just like other devices in Oppo’s lineup, the F3 Plus will run Android Nougat-based Color OS 3.0 out-of-the-box.  The F3 Plus will be 7.35mm thick and weigh about 185 gram even with a large 4,000mAh battery. The handset will come with dual SIM and 4G LTE support.

The Oppo F3 is rumoured to feature a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display and will be powered by a Snapdragon 653 SoC too. It will come with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage and will run on Android Nougat based Color OS. While the manufacturer has sent out an invite for the launch event with a teaser that mimics a twin camera setup, do take this information with a pinch of salt as there is no concrete information as which device will be launched on that day.
