The AKG WMS40 Mini Wireless Microphone System is a small size, plug and play wireless sound transmission and reception system. This is a complete solution for those who want something compact and simple to use.
The wireless microphone system comes in at a price of US $99 which we think is a bang for your buck considering the components that you get inside the box. You get the following components inside the box;
- SR40 Mini – This is the sound reception unit. It runs on AA batteries and can be directly plugged into a soundboard to control the various aspects of the sound you’re recording. You can buy this receiver in either a single receiver or dual receiver configuration.
- HT40 Mini – This is the wireless microphone unit that you speak into.
- PT40 Mini – This is the sound transmission unit. It comes with a clip on its back so that you can attach it to your belt. It can either be used wirelessly with the HT40 Mini microphone or you can plug in a wired microphone or you can connect this transmitter unit with different instruments.
