Redmi has launched the new Redmi Buds 6 in China, coinciding with the introduction of the Redmi Note 14 5G and Note 14 Pro smartphones. These true wireless earbuds feature 12.4mm dynamic drivers and impressive active noise cancellation (ANC) of up to 49dB. Users can enjoy an extended playback time of up to 42 hours when using the accompanying charging case. Previously, the company also introduced the Redmi Buds 6 Lite and Buds 6 Active in select international markets, though a global release date for the standard Buds 6 is still pending.

The Redmi Buds 6 are priced at CNY 199, approximately ₹2,400, and are available in three attractive color options: Black, Cyan, and White. Customers can purchase them directly from the Redmi China online store.

Designed for comfort, the Redmi Buds 6 feature a classic in-ear style with silicone ear tips. They are equipped with 12.4mm titanium diaphragms and 5.5mm micro-piezoelectric ceramic units, along with an AI-enhanced dual-microphone system that includes wind noise reduction capabilities. The earbuds offer three transparency modes and deliver a 360-degree spatial audio experience.
The TWS earbuds are compatible with the Xiaomi Earbuds app and support Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, as well as SBC and AAC audio codecs. Notably, they can connect to two devices simultaneously and carry an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. The charging case also includes a clever crevice lighting feature that indicates the battery level.
When it comes to battery life, the Redmi Buds 6 can last up to 10 hours on a single charge, with the case extending the total playback time to 42 hours. Impressively, just 10 minutes of charging can provide up to four hours of listening time. Each earbud weighs only 5.0 grams, and the combined weight with the case is 43.2 grams, making them lightweight and portable.
