The new 2016 models of the Galaxy J5 and the Galaxy J7 series that were announced in China recently had not revealed their price tags. These are the mid-range smart phones that pack in quite a punch when it comes to their hardware. Now their price tags are revealed to us. Samsung Korea informs that KT Corporation which is Korea’s largest telephone company will be selling both devices and revealing the price tags for China too.
The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) is priced at approximately INR 17,000, while the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) has been priced at approximately Rs 21,000. Both smart phones features some interesting hardware which consist of metal frame. The bigger Galaxy J7 (2016) packs in a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display sporting a pixel density of 402ppi. This Galaxy is powered by an octa-core processor whose make is not specified in the listing and clocked at 1.6GHz with 3GB RAM and 16GB of internet storage. . The smartphone supports microSD cards of up to 128GB in capacity.
The smart phone has a 13MP camera on the back and a 5MP front-facing camera. Both cameras featuring an f/1.9 aperture lens and an LED flash. While considering connectivity, we get 4G LTE bands, NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth V4.1. This smartphone weighs in and around 170 grams and also has a 3300mAh battery.
