Samsung Galaxy S8 to get the latest Snapdragon 835, 6GB RAM, and Viv AI assistant

And it seems, they have been successful in doing that. Reportedly, their sales have been unaffected in many parts of the globe and customers are still enthusiastic about their future smartphones.

Leaving no stone unturned to impress the enthusiast lot with their latest Galaxy S8, the company is getting the latest tech and mech for the phone. In latest S8 news, the phone is likely to get 6GB of RAM and will be offered with an internal storage of 256GB. And the big news of the hour is that the Galaxy S8 will be the first ever smartphone in the world to be powered by the latest and just announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC.

However, the Snapdragon powered S8 will not be available worldwide and will be sold only in a few markets around the globe. The other version of the S8 will be equipped with Samsung’s own – Exynos 9 series processor. The Samsung Galaxy S8 will support Quick Charge 4. It will also feature a pressure sensitive display which will be something like what we see on the latest iPhones.

Alike these iOS devices, the S8 will also get a ‘Plus’ variant that will get a larger sceen and a dual-camera setup at the rear. The standard S8 will sport a 5.1 inch SuperAMOLED display with 2k resolution and the Plus version will receive a 5.7inch screen with 4k resolution. The S8 will also feature the Viv AI assistant. The S8 and its bigger sibling are expected to roll out next year.
