Samsung has announced another smart phone dubbed the Galaxy C7, after announcing its brand new series with the Galaxy C5 in China, This new smart phone is like a big brother to the C5 as it comes with a similar looking design with metal uni-body finish and looks very good. Samsung Galaxy C7 comes with a Snapdragon 625 octa-core 2.0GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and an Adreno 506 GPU. It also comes with a microSD card for further memory needs.
It appears that Samsung’s new C-series cameras are the same as of Galaxy S6. Like the C5 the Galaxy C7 features a 16MP f/1.9 primary camera and an 8MP f/1.9secondary camera. It also sports a 3,300mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support which will fully charge the smart phone in less than 2 hours. The new smart phone also provides connectivity options like Wi-fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 4G LTE, GPS, Bluetooth v4.2, and NFC. Also the handset is pretty sleek having only 6.7mm thickness. It weighs only 165 gms, besides all these we also get a fingerprint scanner on the home button and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.
The new Samsung Galaxy C7 is available in four colours namely silver, gray, gold and rose gold. The cost of the 32GB variant starts at RMB 2,599 which is roughly INR 26,000. While the 64GB model costs RMB 2,799 that is roughly around INR 28,000. According to source,s the Galaxy C7 and the Galaxy C5 will be sold only in China, by Samsung. But with such a good looking design and great set of specifications, we expect that very soon the company will make it available in other countries as well.
