Samsung tips Galaxy J7 (2016) Specifications in Leaked Kernel Source

A purported kernel source revealed that Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) is going to have a 5.5-inch full-HD display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. As per the sources the phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 SoC processor. The phone will sport a 13-megapixel rear camera along with the Samsung S5K3L2XX sensor and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera which will have Samsung S5K5E3YX sensor. The cameras have a 1.1um pixels, and 23mm f/2.2 lens. The phone will also feature a fingerprint sensor. The phone packs a 4300mAh battery. The internal storage of the phone can be increased with the help of a microSD card.

Galaxy J7 (2016) would be running on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop which was additionally tipped by the benchmark.The phone is also going to feature Adreno 405 GPU. It is going to have 3 GB RAM with an inbuilt storage of 16GB that can be expanded using a microSD card. The benchmark also said that primary camera will feature autofocus functionality along with the face detection feature. Other features that the phone is going to have are accelerometer, Bluetooth, light sensor, GPS, Proximity Sensor, NFC, touch focus features and Wi-Fi.

It was the first smartphone released by the company that features a front-facing flash making it a selfie-focus smartphone.
