Samsung Unveils New Project Valley

Samsung seems to have developed in the field of technology. It is heard that they have made progress in foldable display technology. Next year it seems that they will be the first to bring in the market smart phones with bendable displays. Bloomberg report states that in 2017 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the company is looking forward to unveiling two smart phones which will have flexible displays.  It is heard that these new smart phones will not be a part of Galaxy S Series. Project Valley is the code name given to this project.

Out of the two smart phones one model will  fold in half, thereby making the smart phone not only compact but also pocket friendly. The second one is said to come with a 5 inch display with an extraordinary capacity of expanding into an 8 inch display panel like that of a tablet. Naturally the new bendable display will be to the advantage of the company as it will grab the attention of potential buyers. Thus it is expected that in the competitive market, the sales of the company will increase to a great extend and they will be able to create a name for themselves in the overcrowded smart phone market.

Last week in San Francisco, at the Display Week Conference Samsung not only initiated dual-edged screens but also displayed 4K screens for smart phones. But unfortunately LG beat Samsung by being the first to bring in the market the first flexible phone that is the LG G Flex. Also it’s other great competitor Apple is planning that next year they will renovate their iPhones and bring a bezel less design, along with Oled displays. Thus it seems Samsung’s new foldable smart phones will be a good answer to Apple’s game.
