Two New Smart Phones Launched By Micromax Under INR 3,000

With the launch of Bolt Supreme and Bolt Supreme 2 costing a meager amount of INR 2,749 and INR 2,999 respectively, Micromax has succeeded in expanding its entry level smart phone market. These new smart phones are not only equipped with a  quad-core chipsets but also with Android L operating system. It also comes with 3G connectivity. The company said that the aim of introducing these two smart phone is to target the first time smart phone users.

Bolt Supreme comes with a 1.2GHz Quad Core Processor and has 512 MB RAM. It also has a 1200 mAh battery. On the other hand Bolt Supreme 2 has the same features as Bolt Supremeexcept the fact that it has a 1400mAh battery. The CMO of Micromax Shubajit Sen said that we are extremely proud to shatter another performance-price barrier by launching the Micromax Bolt Supreme range – Quad core chipset based Smartphones below Rs 3000. Another smart phone that is available at more or less the same cost is Intex’s Aqua Lite phone. This Intex smart phone comes with a 1.3 Ghz Quad Core processor. Now these two smart phones of Micromax will be competing with Intex’s Aqua Lite phone as both these companies phones are available for less than INR 3,000.
