VIDEO: DBS Designing renders a waterproof OnePlus 4 with 8GB RAM and Snapdragon 835 SoC

There’s no rumor currently floating about the OnePlus 4 launching anytime soon. However, that hasn’t stopped the folks at DBS Designing to imagine the upcoming device. Their imagination is colorful too, and they’ve rendered the device in Metallic Black, Gold and Silver.

Like the upcoming LG G6 and the Samsung Galaxy S8, this concept OnePlus 4 features very thin bezels at the top and bottom. While the screen extends and eats into the side bezels. It features a 5.5-inch QHD+ display which fits into a waterproof chassis. The rear camera gets an 18 MP dual lens setup, while the front snapper rounds it up at 16 MP. An Iris scanner at the top and a fingerprint sensor that has been embedded into the Home button occupy space at the front.

Running OnePlus’ Lineage OS, powering the concept is Qualcomm’s latest, Snapdragon 835 SoC, backed by either 8 or 6 GB of RAM. Accordingly, internal memory can be ticked between 128 and 256 GB options. Powering the OnePlus 4 concept is a 5000 mAh battery that supports dash charge. Design wise, this concept OnePlus phone doesn’t fly too far from the current crop of OnePlus devices, especially the back panel. We’ll keep you updated though as and when any chirp about the actual OnePlus 4 falls on our ears. Stay tuned!
