VIDEO: Watch the first ever teardown of a smartphone in India, as ASUS dissects the ZenFone 3S MAX

The ASUS ZenFone 3S MAX is the company’s first device launch in India for 2017. Wrapped in a metal unibody, the ASUS Zenfone 3S MAX features a massive 5000 mAh battery and runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. Priced at Rs. 14,999, the phone is available in shades of Black and Gold.

 

ASUS has released a video, where Peter Chang – ASUS’ Regional Head for South Asia, tears down the ZenFone 3s Max to give us a sneak peak at what goes on inside their latest. The ASUS ZenFone 3S MAX  features a 5.2-inch HD display which is covered under 2.5D glass, has a contoured edge and features a built-in Bluelight filter.Powering the phone is a MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage. The handset supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 2TB). The ZenFone 3S Max sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, 5P Largan lens, and dual-LED real-tone flash. The front snapper is an 8-megapixel lens and supports HDR, provides an 85-degree wide-angle lens and features a low-light and beautification mode.
