Videocon joins 4G race with Z55 Krypton using DragonTrail X anti-scratch glass cover

India is one of the biggest markets for smart phones having a market volume of about 250 million which is projected to reach 435 million by 2017 as per KPMG reports. It says India will surpass US to become the second largest smart phone market. India is at the entry point for 4G. The market is making a transition from 2G, 3G to 4G and from feature phones to smart phones. By end of next year the transition will be over and India is going to be the next battleground for 4G LTE smart phones. Because of the future scope and the growing demand among consumers many brands are launching 4G smart phones. Videocon joins the race with launch of Z55 Krypton 4G phone.

The phone is fast, powerful providing high speed connectivity at an affordable price. The phone has a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720x1280p making the pictures more vibrant. The dimensions of the screen are 144.6 x 71.8 x 8.6 mm. The device is protected from scratches by DragonTrail X anti-scratch glass which is present both in the front as well as at the back.

The new Z55 Krypton has a 1.3GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6735 chipset and Android 5.1 (Lollipop) operating system which enhances the performance of the phone. The phone is backed by 8GB, 1GB RAM internal memory expandable to 32GB with the help of micro SD cards. The phone has been designed with a 13MP primary camera and a 5MP front camera for selfies. The phone is a dual sim device with a 2,200mAh battery. The phone also features FM radio, Bluetooth, Skype, GPS, V-Secure and Wi-Fi.

The phone has a stylish look with a bar shape encasing and a golden bumper. It is available in various colour combinations i.e. white-silver and Black- Golden.
