Xbox One Slim Is Called Xbox One S, New Features Leaked

In the internet we see that a picture of what appears to be a white Xbox One with an infrared sensor has found its way. It is the slim version of the Xbox One or the Xbox Mini that’s been alluded to weeks ago, says Kotaku’s Jason Schreier posting on gaming forum NeoGAF. Schreier posted that pic is Edmonton aka Xbox One Slim. Full pic isn’t that useful without more context, for what it’s worth. Industry insider Wario64 tweeted the picture. Immediately, within a few minutes, a prominent banner that gave the features of the device was leaked.

The text on the banner read introducing the new Xbox One S, featuring a 40% smaller console, a 2TB hard drive, 4K Ultra HD video, High Dynamic Range, a streamlined controller, and a vertical stand.  It is expected by Kotaku, that in August it will be released. Brad Sams, who is windows insider had leaked information last month, confirming the existence of a new Xbox One revision and a revamped controller. He added from the Redmond based company you can expect a lot more at E3.

Microsoft

In one of his weekly podcast he revealed that Microsoft’s E3 2016 will showcase Xbox Mini as named by him but which he claims is real. Though he adds that he is not sure what form it is going to take. There are others who state that it will be 40 percent lighter. It is believed that the Xbox One will come with improved internals such as the often rumoured PS4 Neo, though Sams, the insider is of the belief that it will not mimic 4K visuals for games.
