2016 has been an action packed year for Xiaomi till now. Along with launching new phones, the company also introduced new products globally. Speaking of their products that made their way into the Indian market, the company started the year with the launch of the highly anticipated Mi 5 Smartphone and then floored new phones from their premium as well as low-end Redmi series. The Redmi 3S will be the fourth offering of the company in the low-end phone market following their Redmi 1S, Redmi 2, and the 2 Prime. Even this one here will be available in two variants and will sell for different prices owing to the hardware alterations. The Redmi 3S Prime sheds its plastic body and gets a new metal unibody construction that is reminiscent to that of Redmi Note3.

Also, the company had launched the Mi drone earlier. Speaking of future plans, Xiaomi is reportedly working on new variants of the Mi5 and also the Mi Band 2 will be launched next year.
