Yu Launches Yu Yureka Note for INR 13,499

Yu Yureka Note, which is the first phablet from YU Televentures, has been announced. The device features a standard 6-inch full HD display which promises to deliver great multimedia and gaming experience, courtesy, its large screen and is powered by a MediaTek MT 6753T processor. The company has priced the device for the Indian markets at INR 13,499. Yu Yureka Note’s performance also promises to be steady and quite fast as the company has equipped it with 3 GB of RAM which is coupled with a 16 GB of expandable storage. The device also comes with a fingerprint scanner, which is now slowly becoming a standard provision with most modern smart phones. A finger print scanner is a fool proof way to secure the device as it can be unlocked only when the biometric details of the user is verified by the phone.

On the camera front, Yu Yureka Note features a standard 13 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera. This combination is now the usual that is offered by many companies with smart phones of this budget. The smart phone uses metal for its build, which is a great feature for a device priced within the 15k range and it also features NXP’s dual stereo speakers. The device is also backed by a 4000 mAh battery, which seems sufficient to take care of the day to day needs of an average user for the entire day. The device also features Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
