Apple is now launching a new 4-inch iPhone which will be named as iPhone 5se. As per the report from Japanese site Nikkei, the phone is already under production and will aim at emerging markets. Reports also suggest that the Cupertino-based company’s smaller iPhone will have lower price as compared to iPhone 6s. The company mainly plans to increase its user base in emerging markets and hence is taking the help of a more affordable handset. iPhone 5se is not the affordable new iPhone and consumers should not assume the same. The smartphone would be simply replacing iPhone 5sin Apple’s lineup stated 9to5Mac’s Mark Gurman.
iPhone 5se will be the cheapest iPhone that Apple will be selling this year but that doesn’t make it cheap. The phone will be offering the same hardware as available in the iPhone 6 series but in a compact body as per recent rumours that have surfaced on the web.
