The highly anticipated Transformers: The Last Knight is in the making and we can’t help talking about it. We have been stalking Michael Bay on twitter as he has been releasing new and newer updates of his upcoming mega budget movie regularly. By what we have learned from Bay’s social media channels is that the movie is going to have amazing new characters and the existing ones are going to appear in new avatars.
While the American filmmaker has been introducing the characters to us in their vehicle form, now new illustrations posted online show the mean machines in their battle-ready form. Have a look!
Drift (Autobot)
We have already talked about Drift in detail earlier. The sword wielding Autobot will appear as a Mercedes AMG GT-R for the upcoming Transformers movie.
Hot Rod (Autobot)
This hot headed Autobot will join the good guys’ team in the form of the menacing Lamborghini Centenario. This one-off Lamborghini will don a dark intimidating colour scheme with red highlights. Hot Rod will likely be Bumble Bee’s brother-in-arms.
Crosshairs (Autobot)
He is a paratrooper Autobot that takes disguise as a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray. He appeared in its green Corvette form in the Transformers: Age of Extinction and it seems he will retain the same form in the upcoming flick as well.
As detailed by Michael Bay, all of these aforementioned machines in their battle ready mode will stand with heights above 15 feet. While all of the huge Autobots will be tearing down the evil forces of the Decepticons for good, there will be an all new tiny character called Squeeks.
Squeeks (Autobot)
The little Squeeks is described as the human’s best friend with a small body frame made out of a Vespa scooter and a big heart.
And now villain time!
This is Megatron, the revived Decepticon leader who will be up against the Autobots.
That’s all folks! We are eagerly waiting to see what upgrades do the mighty Optimus Prime get for the ultimate showdown. The movie is set to release on 23 June 2017 and will be Bay’s last directorial of the film franchise.
