iBall Slide Snap Tablet Launched at INR 7,499

iBall, an electronics manufacturing company has launched its new Slide Snap 4G2 tablet in India. It has been priced at INR 7,499. The device will be soon available with online and offline retail stores. The biggest highlight of the iBall Slide Snap 4G2 tablet is that it supports 4G LTE connectivity via SIM card. G connections gaining popularity in India and multiple players launching such services in various telecom circles, is sure to provide a boost to the sale of device, especially considering its budget pricing. The dual-SIM tablet also offers voice-calling support, and comes with a built-in earpiece and receiver, thus removing the need for using a headset during voice calls.

The tablet also boasts of a call recording feature. The device is preloaded with support for 21 regional languages. The latest iBall tablet comes with 9 system supported languages. The company has also bundled a Y-cable with the device which will allow users to simultaneously charge the device as well as connect a USB-enabled device at the same time. Additionally, the iBall Slide Snap 4G2 tablet comes preloaded with Office suite of applications, which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It also has pre-installed 360 Security Lite app along with some GameLoft games such as All Star Cricket Free, Asphalt Nitro, Bubble Bash 3, Motocross: Trial Extreme, and Spider-Man: Ultimate Power.

As for the specifications, the Slide Snap 4G2 tablet features a 7-inch display with a screen resolution of 1024×600 pixels. In the insides, the tablet features a quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage. The device also supports expandable storage of up to 32GB, via microSD card. It sports a 5-megapixel rear autofocus camera and a 2-megapixel front camera. Both cameras come with LED flashes. Connectivity options include the usual Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, USB with OTG, and Micro-USB. The tablet also sports an FM radio with recording feature.
