LG G5 is coming to India in the next quarter

Soon after getting launched at the MWC 2016, the LG G5 is now going to enter the Indian market. A recent announcement made by LG India confirmed the same. The highlight of LG G5 is its modular design with a slide-out battery and the device also features a full metal uni-body design. The new G5 flagship smart phone comes with a 5.3-inch QHD Always-On display with 1440 x 2560 pixels of resolution. The phone has Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB built-in storage and a 2800 mAh battery. As for the cameras, it is expected to have 16MP and 8MP rear cameras. The connectivity options offered by the smart phone include 4G LTE, a USB Type-C port which is compatible with USB 3.0, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac.

The smart phone measures 149.4 x 73.9 x 7.7mm and weighs 159 grams. The device will be available in gold, slver, titan, and pink. According to Amit Gujral, Marketing Head, Mobiles, LG India, – We are really happy to see all the positivity around the LG G5 ever since its global unveil at MWC. In fact, in a survey conducted in Korea the LG G5 topped consumer preference leaving its closest competitors trailing far behind. The flagship smartphone is accompanied by the company’s Friends lineup of devices that include the LG 360 VR, 360 Cam, H3 by B&O Play, Tone Platinum, Rolling Bot, Smart Controller and Friends Manager.
