Samsung India opened an exclusive experience store in India and claims to be the largest in the country. With this new store, the company plans to introduce a new way of consumer experience that they call ‘Connected Ecosystem’. Located in South Extension in Delhi NCR, the store is spread across 3,500 sq. ft., and introduces many firsts for an immersive experience for the consumers.

Samsung claims that for the first time in India, consumers will get to experience the all-new 4D Chair that provides an immersive Gear VR experience. The 4D chair is assisted by hydraulics that makes the chair move physically giving the consumer a life-like experience and mimicking the movements that are shown in the Gear VR.

The all new Mobile devices, including the 2016 flagship Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge and the recently launched Galaxy Note 7 will be available at the store along with the latest Gear VR, wearables and accessories. This exclusive store will have a device unboxing and set-up area, which will offer personalized setup to consumers allowing them to ‘Walk out Working’ (WoW). The store will also offer an integrated service with pick up and drop, operator zones, and training workshops. The exclusive store aims to be a one-stop-shop, which will try and fulfill all the mobility demands of consumers spanning across devices, wearables and accessories with affordable finance options.
On the launch, Sandeep Singh Arora, Vice President, Retail Operations & Marketing, Mobile Business, Samsung India, said that the store will set a new benchmark in terms of how consumers experience and buy Samsung products and technology. This store is a testimony to Samsung’s commitment to consumers and partners, and the company’s endeavour is to offer an enhanced experience to everyone.
