Vivo V5 Plus with dual selfie cameras to be launched in India on January 23

There’s a strong fever that’s been running through human bodies these days. It causes them to click pictures of themselves and scatter it around a zillion social media channels. Milking this situation are phone makers like Vivo who are changing the norm and offering superior lenses for the front camera, rather than the other way around.

After the V5, there are strong reports that a Vivo V5 Plus will be showcased in India on January 23. The Plus variant will in all probability build on the specifications of the V5, which features a 20 MP front lens with a moonlight flash and a 13 MP rear camera.

Powering the V5 is a MediaTek 6750 octa-core 64-bit processor, 4GB of RAM and 32GB onboard storage along with a microSD card slot. The V5’s internals are hidden inside a premium looking metal body, while there’s a 5.5-inch HD (720p) display that lights up via a 3000 mAh battery.

The Vivo V5 Plus is said to sport a dual front camera setup, which will in all probability offer enhanced depth of field, among other various unique effects.
